Corn is in season right now, and there are so many ways to enjoy it. If you’re not sure what to do with fresh corn, look no further … this collection of recipes for corn in salsas, salads, soups, a savoury pie, and — yes — on the cob will have you running to the local farm stand for more!

I’ve always loved corn, and so have my children. My mother used to grow sweet corn in her garden on the farm, and despite the fact that to my father it was “chicken feed” it was a summer staple when I was growing up. Back then, it was boiled and served with butter and salt. That’s still a great way to eat it, but over the years I’ve learned that there’s so much more to do with corn! This baker’s dozen of recipes proves it.
