If you’re craving a trip to the tropics, but that’s just not happening, why not bring the tropics to your kitchen? Our Tropical Sunrise Smoothie will have you imagining white sands, seascapes and sunshine. Or, it’ll cool you down if it’s simply too darned hot where you are!
A Tropical Adventure
There I was, lounging on the comfortable blue and white striped cushion of a chaise longue on a white sand beach, basking in the turquoise and azure glory of the seascape and sky before me, wide-brimmed straw hat shading me from the sun overhead. And in my hand, a cold, refreshing smoothie resplendent with the flavours of the tropics … banana, pineapple, mango and orange.
Does life get any better than … BRRINGGGG!
Damn, the alarm clock always interrupts the best dreams.

this would be very refreshing…
Yes, it is! And a nice change from the raspberries or strawberries that I usually base a smoothie on.
