I’ve already seen a bee visiting. Clockwise starting at top left: milkweed, white echinacea, pink echinacea, Russian sage and bee balm. There are geraniums in centre front and lavender in the front left corner. They were feeling the effects of aging and were moving into an apartment. This lovely garden ornament was next to a rose bush they had planted in memory of their daughter who had died, and they entrusted it to my care. I sold that house in 2012 and have moved this tribute with me since then. I’m so glad I did as I later learned the new purchasers had rented the house out.
