My #bestnine2020. What can I say, you really liked it when I finally got my hair done! And batch cooking was pretty popular too. And then there’s a Christmas gift and a stiff drink to round things out.
Two options for New Year’s Day dinner: vegan braised lentils, beets & squash or (and?) an apple-stuffed pork roast with apple butter glaze. Both lentils and pork are auspicious for the new year. Let’s hope they work their magic for 2021! See link in profile.
